    We are looking for a dynamic, IT-literate, can-do HR Manager to join our 13-strong happy head office team based at 8 Beresford Street, St Helier. Responsibilities will include:

    ♦ Delivering Group HR function for staff of 180 (Joiner and Leaver Process, Payroll and Incentives, Appraisals and Bonuses, Employee Relations, Training, Staff Rotas and Targets)
    ♦ Managing and assisting in the implementation of new HR systems
    ♦ Development of HR policies and procedures and maintenance of employee intranet

    We are looking for an interim HR Administrator to join our head office team and assist with the administration of the Group HR function for staff of 180.
