  • Head Chef – JPRestaurants

    £42,000 First Year OTE

  • Chef de Partie – Oyster Box

    We are looking for a full-time Seasonal Chef de Partie at the Oyster Box restaurant, St Brelade. Enthusiastic employees will have the opportunity to work upwards of 40+ hours per week during busy periods, all overtime is paid. Candidates must have extensive experience. A competitive salary package, including gratuities, is available. Total compensation can be up to £12/hour (including share of gratuities) depending on experience. This is a seasonal role until the 30th September with the potential to become permanent.
  • Demi Chef de Partie – Oyster Box

    We are looking for a full-time Seasonal Demi Chef de Partie at the Oyster Box restaurant, St Brelade. Enthusiastic employees will have the opportunity to work upwards of 40+ hours per week during busy periods, all overtime is paid. Candidates must have extensive experience. A competitive salary package is available. Total compensation can be up to £11.50/hour including gratuities depending on experience. This is a seasonal role until the 30th September with the potential to become permanent.
  • Demi Chef de Partie – Jersey Crab Shack St. Brelade

    We are looking for a full-time Seasonal Demi Chef de Partie at Jersey Crab Shack St. Brelade. Enthusiastic employees will have the opportunity to work upwards of 40+ hours per week during busy periods, all overtime is paid. Candidates must have extensive experience. A competitive salary package is available. Total compensation can be up to £10.50/hour including gratuities depending on experience.

We are currently looking for experienced full-time and seasonal waiting staff and supervisors to join the Front of House team at Oyster Box and Jersey Crab Shack.  The roles with variable start and end dates will be full and part time.
