Held in the beautiful Banjo Bar on the last Thursday of every month, this is the perfect opportunity for islanders to meet new people, enjoy delicious drinks, and experience the thrill of making fresh connections.
How Does It Work?
We keep things simple and pressure-free. If you’d like to join in the fun, all you have to do is order a drink “with Cupid on the side.” When your drink arrives, it will come with a special heart, letting other guests know you’re open to mingling. Whether you’re looking for romance or just a great conversation, Banjo’s Singles Night is a fantastic way to break the ice.

There’s no need to book for Singles Night – just turn up from 6pm and head through to the Bar.
If you’d like to join us for dinner after mingling, the restaurant will be open as usual – feel free to book a table, or just ask our team on the day.

If you’re feeling brave, though, coming alone can often yield the best results. There’s always that temptation to stick with your mates – coming on your own means you’re bound to talk to someone new!
Yes, everyone is welcome, provided they are 18 or over.
Yes, the restaurant and bar will remain open to everyone as normal.
Any guests who don’t wish to participate in mingling will not have a heart served in their drink, and can enjoy their drinks at their table in the Dining Room or Brasserie if they prefer.
Simply come along to Banjo on Singles Night, head to the Banjo Bar, and order a drink “with Cupid on the side.” Your drink will be served with a special heart in it, indicating that you’re there to mingle and open to new connections.
Look out for others with the heart in their drink, and get chatting!
