Our hot wraps and soups change on a weekly basis – please check in store for availability. Hot wrap choices include:

• Chicken burrito with beans, sweetcorn, coriander, red cabbage, cheese & spring onion
• Italian chicken with tomato, mozzarella, pesto, courgettes & peppers
• Indian meatball with chickpea lentils, mango chutney, spinach & potatoes
• BBQ Pulled pork burrito with beans, red cabbage, coriander, sweetcorn, spring onions & cheese

• Roast cauliflower & lentil with mature cheddar, yoghurt & coriander V

For those avoiding gluten and dairy, our new prawn sushiritto is the perfect alternative to a wrap. The combination of prawns, shredded carrot, pickled ginger, Asian slaw and wasabi mayonnaise wrapped in rice and nori is perfect for any sushi lover.

Café Ubé has four different types of soups on offer every day:

• Skinny Souper
  – Suitable for vegan and gluten free diets – we use soya milk instead of cow’s milk
  – Nutritious, healthy and perfect for clean eating
  – Less than 120ckal (based on our regular 300ml serving)
• Speciality
  – Suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarian and gluten free diets – we do use dairy cream in some of our soups (this will be clearly labelled)
  – Slightly more adventurous, nutritious and healthy
  – Simple ingredients are spiced up a little
  – All regular soups are less than 220kcal (based on our regular 300ml serving)
• Chunky
  – Suitable for gluten free diets
  – Less than 310kcal (based on our regular 300ml serving)
• Casseroles
  – Suitable for gluten free diets (the occasional exception may apply and this will be clearly labelled)
  – Nutritious and healthy, increased calories for those requiring an energy boost
  – Less than 310kcal (based on our regular 300ml serving)
