New Gin Cocktails at Banjo
23.03.17 Back
We’re pleased to introduce six new gin cocktails to the Banjo Jersey menu, created exclusively by the JPRestaurants bartending team.
Gin is one of the oldest and most historic spirits which derives its predominant flavour from juniper berries and is more popular than ever. In fact it’s so popular, there’s even a World Gin Day which is celebrated on 10th June. For our new gin cocktails, we’ve chosen to use six popular gins: Monkey 47 Sloe Gin, Hendrick’s, Bombay Sapphire, Sipsmith, Tanquerary and Jersey’s very own La Mare Royal Gin.
Each of our exclusive new gin cocktails at Banjo Jersey includes Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water, designed to enhance the very best gins. Containing high quality quinine, sourced from the Rwanda Congo border and blended with spring water and eight botanical flavours, Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water does not contain any artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavourings.
