Summer is here, and there’s exciting changes coming to our menus at Banjo and Oyster Box.
Discover our Market Menus, still at a great price, but now with even more choice and seasonal dishes.
From locally-grown tomatoes in our Jersey tomato salad, to Jersey courgettes with our Provençal-style chicken, there’s something fresh and tasty on the menu for everyone.
For starters at Oyster Box, choose from our popular Pulled Rabbit Taglierini: rich and creamy, and perfect for an indulgent first course. For seafood lovers, our Shellfish Bisque is the perfect choice; made with local shellfish, Jersey cream, and local brandy. If you’re after a taste of Island sunshine, opt for our Local Tomato Salad; freshly grown in the Jersey sun, these tomatoes are packed with flavour, and complemented beautifully by a light basil dressing.
For the main event, our plant-based Thai Cauliflower brings together the perfect harmony of of sweet cauliflower, green mango, green curry and Thai sambal. Enjoy fragrant spices and a chill kick. Other options include our new Provençal-style chicken, with seasonal Jersey-grown vegetables and potato confit, or our Haddock Royale: golden crumbed haddock with hot tartar sauce and a gem lettuce and radish salad. Finish on a sweet note with fruity Pineapple Carpaccio, orange-infused Crème Brûlée, or our delicate homemade ice creams and sorbets.
New for the summer, we also have a Market Menu Special available at both Banjo and Oyster Box: one of our Specials dishes, which can be chosen as a main course for the Market Menu price. The Market Menu will change with our Specials Menu, meaning more variety, and a different option every time you visit.
At Banjo, the Market Menu maintains our most popular dishes, from Goan King Prawn Curry, to Pumpkin Tikka Masala and Flat Iron Steak. Look out for more changes later this season.
